Can you clear my claim?

Yes! Email the link to the video that's being claimed and a screenshot of your claim to crystal.henry@musicbed.com and cc mia@musicbed.com.

Why do I keep receiving claims?

You'll always receive claims because Musicbed is rights-managed. This means that Musicbed is NOT royalty-free. We’ve made a system that is called SyncID that will typically clear your claims within a new minutes or less.

SyncID will recognize that you have a subscription and clear that claim automatically for you as the video is uploaded publicly or unlisted.

We also Allowlist your channel as a Friend of the Brand, but sometimes there will be claims that need to be cleared manually.

How do I get a playlist?

Email crystal.henry@musicbed.com and include the following:

  • A Project with your favorite songs

  • A high-res image of you

  • A short bio

Could I get a coupon code?

Sure! Email crystal.henry@musicbed.com with the subject line "Coupon Code" and we'll get you set up.

Where can I find my affiliate link?

To find your affiliate link, head over to Impact and select Content > Vanity Link.

How do I generate affiliate links?

From the Impact homepage, there's a tab on the middle right-hand side where you can copy/paste the link you want to generate. Paste the link and click Create for your affiliate link. You can also customize the back half of your link.

How do I track referrals?

You can track referrals on your Impact Dashboard.
